  We’ve updated our website to make it easy to tell the difference between items we have on the shelf and items we can source quickly — because it’s impossible to stock everything all the time.
  • In-Stock: The item is physically in stock at our location in HINCKLEY and ready to go.
  • Lead Time: We can usually source the item from one of our trusted suppliers and get it to you within the stated timeframe.
  • Pre-Order: The item is already ordered and on the way in from our suppliers, with an expected date.
  Sometimes stock arrives before we’ve had chance to list it online — so if you’re looking for something specific, give us a call and we’ll do our best to help.
