Delivery Options Explained
Below is a breakdown of the delivery options we offer.
royal mail tracked (3-5 Days) OUR FREE SERVICE AND FLAT RATE SERVICE
When ordered before 12am your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail. This is a tracked service so you can check your delivery is on the way. This would usually be within 3-5 days, inclusive of Saturdays. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
Parcel Force 24HR This is a tracked service so you can check the progress of your package. . Your item will be with you 3-5 working days. This does not include Saturday. This service is only available for UK Mainland customers.
Orders placed after 12AM on Friday will be shipped on Monday,
Please note if you request that the package is left somewhere without a signature, this will only be done at the discretion of the delivery driver. If you do request an item is left without a signature, you assume responsibility for any loss or damage to the package.
Can’t be home for delivery? Don’t worry – EXTREMEAIRSOFT can ship to any UK address so you can have your order delivered to your place of work, to a friend, a relative or neighbour. Simply enter your preferred delivery address when checking out.
If for any reason there is a delay in shipping your order a EXTREMEAIRSOFT representative will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of any issue.
Please check your order when you receive it and if there are any damage to the box or outer packaging before signing your delivery. please sign as damaged as we cannot accept shipping damage by courier after the item has been signed for ..
How do I return something?
If you are unhappy with your products in any way and wish to obtain a refund you must return them within 14 days of receipt at the cost to the customer. The returned products must be unused and with all original packaging.including any free gifts given with the order.
If you wish to exchange your items you may do so within 30 days of receipt. We will send the exchanged item to you free of charge on receipt of the goods. The returned products must be unused and with all original packaging.
If you wish to return an item to us please do so by obtaining a unique returns Autorisation Number code.YOU WILL NEED TO CALL US Failure to do so, may result in a delay processing your return.

Returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all tags and packaging included. All returns are checked by EXTREMEAIRSOFT before a refund is issued. We will not accept returned goods that are not in a saleable condition and will return them at cost to the buyer.
If the reason for return is because of an error on our part, or the product is faulty, we will also refund the cost of the return postage up to £10. Refunds will be made as soon as possible after returned goods are received and checked by us.
Please contact us direct to let us know and we can check for you if the item received is accurate to the item originally ordered.

We would advise you to at least obtain proof of posting when returning goods, as loss or damage during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

This rarely happens, but is someone we must cover regarding possible delivery charges. For failed deliveries due to someone repeatedly not being available or the wrong address details being provided, there will be a £5.00 courier fee to return your parcel to us. Alternatively, if the delivery is refused upon arrival there will be a £15.00 courier fee. you will always receive a card from the courier and they keep at depot for a few days for you to collect ! if in doubt please contact us
Returning Items for Warranty Issues
In rare circumstances,EXTREME AIRSOFT may request that a product is returned for inspection after a warranty issue is reported. This can be necessary to determine the nature of a fault, when a photograph does not provide sufficient evidence.
If the inspected fault is indicative of a manufacturing error, EXTREME AIRSOFT will reimburse your postage costs, and pay to return the product to you, once fixed. However, if the item has been damaged by user error or general wear and tear, you will be responsible for all postage costs and will also be charged for repair work and return postage once this has taken place. An adviser will be in touch to make you aware of the costs before we undergo any repairs.
