Mancraft HPA Pressure Regulator HRR 60-250 PSI

PDiK over fps limits on minimal pressure, should I change to low pressure spring?

Take note that a low-pressure spring is suitable exclusively for SDiK engines. That’s because PDiK engines demand a pressure of 100psi or higher for optimal functionality. So using a low-pressure spring on a PDiK engine may extend the self-reloading cycles. Which consequently reducing the rifle’s Rate of Fire (ROF). If you need to further decrease the fps of your PDiK rifle, especially if it’s already operating below 100psi, consider installing a volume reducerinstead. Since the power output of your rifle is tied to both pressure and air volume, reducing the air volume inside the engine allows you to increase the pressure without rising the power. Aim for reaching 120psi at given fps/Joules limit for optimal performance of your Mancraft engine.

Mancraft HPA Pressure Regulator HRR

Mancraft HPA Pressure Regulator HRR

Mancraft HRR, short for Mancraft High Refresh Rate, is the leading choice for professional speedsoft games and competitive airsoft players globally. It’s the first-generation regulator designed for high ROF HPA rifles. The ergonomic size makes daily operation easy, thanks to a specially designed base for improved grip when attaching or detaching the HPA tank. Its larger build ensures a user-friendly design, allowing for easy maintenance with convenient access to internal parts.

Most, if not all, airsoft pressure regulators follow a similar design principle based on a straightforward concept—maintaining balance between two sides of the piston. The objective is to apply additional force on one side of the piston, causing a rise in pressure to equalize it on the opposite side. This is why a robust spring is a common component in the core of all regulators. By compressing it, you increase the pressure, attempting to offset this force. Through the utilization of a strong spring, a flat face-to-face seal, and aerodynamic channels, we’ve achieved an exceptionally rapid refresh rate. Each pressure change (or shot) induces micro movements in the piston, promptly replenishing the HPA engine with compressed gas.
