So what’s it all about?

As many of you know we are a large Airsoft store based in Leicestershire, with an attached CQB Game site – The Department CQB. We love to host an event for all airsofters to come and visit us, have a browse of the shop, and enjoy some free games of Airsoft in the game site. As a store, we go all out and buy many rare guns that you don’t often see in UK stores. This gives you the ability to hold, touch and see in them in the flesh. We hold most airsoft brands and really do stock guns from the floor to the ceiling.

As a break from tradition, we will be selling tickets to this event to allow staggered entry. The reason being, in previous years we have had so many visitors, that we haven’t been able to give everyone some free gaming time in the game zone. Over 700 people passed through the doors at the last open day so the ticketing will help streamline the event for all our visitors’ benefit. We are calling them Platinum VIP tickets. With a Platinum VIP ticket, you can save 10% on any purchase on the day. No limitations on the amount of times you use it. It will also have the added benefit of allowing 10% extra discount on already discounted or sale items.

Visitors are also welcome to come and see us without buying a ticket, but without the ticket, we will be unable to guarantee you game time in the game site and you won’t receive the 10% Extra discount in the store. In addition, all ticket holders will be entered into a prize draw to win a wide range of prizes from bb’s to airsoft guns. The prize draw will be made be at 2.30 pm on the day. If you are not here we will contact you by phone with your prize. Along with the store and game site, there will also be airsoft brands here on the day, as well as a few airsoft influencers. The brands will be represented by the owners/employees allowing you to speak directly to the people in the know about the products they manufacture and sell. We also have 10 3×3 metre gazebos with sides available for anyone in the industry to hire one, to showcase your brand or sell you airsoft-related products.
